I found out that Rodney's Cycle Shop also holds lessons on learning to ride.It is held by the Arkansas Abate. It is certified by the Motorcycle Safety Foundation. They also provide the motorcycles. And the best thing is the cost is only $150.00 for non-members. The Harley Davidson place charges $285.00. I want my bike to be a Harley but I think I am going to save the money and take the class given by ABATE. That is a savings of $130.00 and in today's economy that important. I am hoping that a friend of mine takes the class with me. She is so short that her feet may not touch the ground. She wants a Riddley. Anyway the class takes two days and it provides the skills you need to be able to ride a motorcycle. Plus if you take the course you don't have to take the riding part of the test to get your motorcycle license. I would be so nervous riding a motorcycle for a test I would probably kill myself. I am really looking forward to taking the class. Then I will get the motorcycle fever and go gt me one. I think it would be nice to get on my bike and just ride when I feel stressed out. To feel the wind in my face and the sun on my head would be wonderful. I am getting excited about taking the class but I am still nervous.
