Hobbies for Retirees

My husband will be retiring soon and he has trouble making up his mind what he wants to do so I sent him to the web site Hobbies for Retirement and told him to start with the blog Activities for Retirees. Of course that gave him several more things he wants to do. If you are getting ready to retire and you are having trouble deciding what you want to do then you too should go to Hobbies for Retirement. There are several interesting blogs that you can read. Once you have read the blog Activities for Retirees read some of the other great blogs.

    I have become semi-retired. That is I quit doing the corporate thing and am subsisting on $$ that I glean here or there. I am less than 50 so I am doing some things that I want. One is getting out on the motorcycle a little more. I am teaching (the rider course) on the weekends. I don't figure that there will ever be a time that I don't have at least some little job. I kinda liked Startbucks for the 6 months that I did that. Enjoy your retirement. If you find yourself in the rocker, too much, get a job.
