The woman who hit Top Hat and Becca last October. She was an 80 year old woman who ran a stop sign. She was just charged with two counts of negligent homicide which are misdemeanors. It said that she ran a stop sign hit the motorcycle traveled on into a yard where her car flipped over. When the police questioned her she did not realize that she had hit anyone and all she could say was where was her dog. This is just a totally sad situation. What good is putting her in prison going to do. We attended the funeral of Top Hat and Becca. For funeral it was really awesome. The woman probably should not have been driving. Someone said that she should just have her drivers license taken away but  do you realize how many people today do not have a drivers license? Why did it take so long to charge the woman? It has been over 4 months. It will be interesting to see what the outcome is.
