It is important that we all eat healthy. And our food has a lot to do with how we feel. Dieting is not really where it is at. What we need to do is to change our life style where we are always eating healthy. Choose the right vegetables and eat plenty of them along with fish and lean meat. Our food effects our body in a lot of different ways. If we depressed eating a lot of junk food will only make it worse in the long run. We need to eat something cheerful and healthy like an orange or peach.
