Eating healthy is something I should have started earlier. I seem to be paying for the french fries I ate when I was younger. If only you could create a picture of successful nutrition and then you instantly have that healty body. I beleive like Healthy Seniors says don't diet just eat healthy. Add a little exercise and you should not only loose weight but you will be healhy. I like the idea of adding spices to your food in order to give them some extra taste. It seems that as I am getting older food does not seem to have the same allure it did when I was younger and so I end up eating food that is not good for me. So adding spices would probably help.Now if I can just drink more water.
